A small-group, reflective space for academic leaders and faculty
This is a four-week small-group experience for people who want to lead, teach, and serve in higher education without losing themselves along the way.
Each week we will gather on Zoom for conversation, reflection, and guided inquiry around themes such as:
• Ethical leadership in imperfect systems
• Decision-making when values conflict
• Boundaries, burnout, and belonging
• Leading with humanity in bureaucratic spaces
This is not leadership training in the corporate sense.
It is a thinking space for people who care deeply about their work and their students.
Groups are intentionally small so that every voice matters.
